Beach huts The Cabin, Beach House and Serenity are situated on the front row in a quiet setting, directly below The Kingscliff Hotel in C Section, Holland on Sea, CO15 5EU. This area of beach has recently been named Kingscliff Bay. Dear Prudence is located in Dovercourt Bay (approx 20 minutes from Holland).

Fully Equipped
Each beach hut is fully equipped with a 2 ring gas hob and grill, sink, crockery, cutlery, kettle, tea pot, deckchairs, sun loungers, fishing equipment, crab lines, parasols, wind breaks, blankets, kids beach toys, plus extra luxuries
Facilities
Fresh water tap and toilets are 10 metres away with a disabled access slope situated 100 metres further along. Free parking is available directly above on Kings Parade.

All huts are now £30 a day, throughout the autumn & winter, including both half-terms, Bonfire Night & Xmas
Daily / weekends / weekly / monthly / long-term lets. Beach hut hire available all year round.
